Introducing the Rosamund Bag Collection Autumn Winter 2013
British accessible luxury brand L.K.Bennett teams up with celebrated British actress and current L.K.Bennett campaign face, Rosamund Pike, to launch the Rosamund Bag Collection Autumn Winter 2013.
Rosamund Pike worked closely with the L.K.Bennett design team over six months to develop the capsule collection which showcases her unquestionable taste and refined British style. The bags, named in honour of Rosamund, the Rosie, Rosamund and Rosa draw on her love for classic British films, with the attitude of Julie Christie in the opening scene of ‘Darling’ a particular inspiration. The colour palette was designed to be ‘good enough to eat’ with brightly coloured, vibrant tangerine and dark bitter chocolate brown.
Made in Italy from soft calf skin leather, the smooth and grained leathers in the bags work together, adding texture and richness to a modern and design-led range. Inside; the bag features suede-like lining and outside; a bespoke hardware in brushed matt gold adds to the luxurious aesthetic. The zip, with a safety pin design detail, is inspired by Rosamund’s most treasured jewellery possession - her safety pin earring.
The luxurious collection is available in three sizes with one statement design and boasts six colour choices; white, navy, green, orange, black and chocolate/black.
These bags are launching in store on Wednesday 17th July.
